Processing engine: cobalt

Every download is handled by cobalt by imput, licensed under theGNU Affero General Public License v3.0. ClipMagpie runs the official, unmodified cobalt container image as a separate service. The complete corresponding source code is available at github.com/imputnet/cobalt. Thank you to the cobalt team and contributors.
